During the COVID-19 lockdown, Braionics Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. transitioned to a fully remote model, migrating desktop ERP systems to secure cloud-based SaaS platforms. We ensured uninterrupted payroll, attendance, and service management operations while delivering 24/7 client support and maintaining business continuity.

In 2021, Braionics accelerated its transformation into a full-scale SaaS product company, phasing out legacy desktop ERP systems and adopting a 100% cloud-based model. We launched industry-specific platforms including KAAPAN (Security Guard Management Software), Laundry Spa ERP, and Pest Control Management Software, introduced IoT-based attendance and tracking integrations, enabled real-time WhatsApp support workflows, and secured our first international client—marking the beginning of global expansion.
